The Smiling Sardine Cafe Bistro is situated in the picturesque village of Port Isaac in North Cornwall famous for Doc Martin and more recently the Fishermens Friends singing group.  We specialise in traditional British fayre and local seafood and pride ourselves on friendly service and informal, relaxed dining.  We genuinely want you to enjoy great food that is reasonably priced. All our dishes are homemade on the premises using the finest local, seasonal produce where possible.

Start the day with a full english breakfast, or as an alternative locally sourced smoked salmon or kipper.   For an afternoon treat try our delicious home made scones freshly baked that day. For lunch or dinner traditional fish and chips hand beer battered by our chef, not just any fish but fish landed that morning and has the taste to prove it- eat or take away. Our red ruby steaks sourced from a local farm in Boscastle have a flavour not to be missed. We also have a daily veggie option. Sample local ales or choose from our comprehensive wine list as an accompaniment to a delicious meal.

We hope to see you soon. We are pleased to welcome families, have disabled access and can cater for special dietary needs by prior arrangement. Come in and sample a taste of Cornwall.
